Hands-Free Headset Warrantees and Returns (Wired and Bluetooth)

Good news! Your headset is most likely under warranty through the manufacturer.

At Innovative Solutions, we will do the following troubleshooting steps to ensure you get the most out of your headset. If this does not fix the problem, listed below are some FREE resources to help you make a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Wired Headsets:
1. Plug headset into your phone and test it.
2. Plug a headset from the desk phone and test their phone.

Bluetooth Headsets:
Trouble shooting steps that must be followed:
1. Delete the device from the customers phone and pair it again.
2. Make sure that the properties are set to “trusted”.
3. Pair the device with your own Bluetooth phone to see if it is the devise or the phone.
